My business received a negative review. What can I do? While the vast majority of our reviews are positive, this is not always the case. We realize that it’s hard to hear that someone doesn’t like what you are offering but it’s important that you handle the negative review properly or risk causing more harm. Here are some things that you should NOT do when you receive a poor review.

Where do I purchase a gift card? There are 9 price levels and each entitles you to choose from thousands of experiences at a later date. Perfect for gift giving. Gift Cards

Are there any restrictions that need to be considered before redeeming an experience? Yes. Certain experiences have restrictions with regard to height, weight, weather and other factors. So, before you book, review the restrictions on the experiencegenie and/or supplier’s website. Do your homework because we won’t be handing out refunds for experiences that you can’t participate in because of a restriction.

Can I track my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the iWish package has shipped which will include your UPS tracking number. All packages can be tracked online at www.ups.com

What is the expiration date for my experiencegenie gift card? Your experiencegenie Gift Card has an expiration date of one year from the date purchased, except in places where prohibited by law. You must book your experience before the expiration date.

What dates are available for my experience? It depends on the experience supplier. Some experiences are available daily and some are not.

Do you allow for refunds? Sorry but we do not allow for refunds as the value of the iWish gift package we send prohibits this.

What if I book an experience, but have to cancel? Please call the experience supplier directly to discuss their cancellation procedures. All suppliers have different policies.

What if I want to transfer my gift card to someone else? Yes. Simply give them the gift card. Each card is only valid for one booking. So, anyone can use it – once.
